Technology Coaching was established in 2017 to meet the needs of the digital skills gap.
We strive to empower the learners to develop their skills with their technology, to help them be more productive, get their voice heard in an online world, and use digital skills to improve their work and personal life.
We design, develop, and deliver Digital Skills Training through interactive and engaging learning experiences. We put our learners at the heart of everything we do, empowering them to achieve more and ‘level-up’.
We believe the key to minimising the Digital skills gap is to provide engaging learning experiences, both online and in-person, with our team of knowledgeable trainers. We want all our learners to succeed in their chosen careers, and Digital Skills are their route to success.

Why we do what we do
The Scottish governments Digital Economy Business Survey (https://www.gov.scot/publications/digital-economy-business-survey-2017/) states that only 1 in 4 businesses in Scotland have an online presence and only 36% of those businesses are training their staff on the digital skills they need to effectively do their job.
